Product or service reviewed: New boiler system
I was down South (snowbird) when my neighbor informed me my heat was down and the house was at 50 degrees. I had planned on putting in a new system before I left but the person I was working with ghosted me. Luckily, my neighbor suggested Lakeview Heating and Cooling and within just a couple days, I had a crew out putting in a new system. What could have been a disaster turned out great with my getting a beautifully designed system. And done for less than what I was quoted by the other company. I couldn't be more pleased with everything and would recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, professionals. A rarity I'm afraid these days.

Bill and his crew were absolutely amazing. I have two small children and my furnace went out mid December. Instead of directly telling me I needed a new furnace, he gave me many different options on what to do. I did end up getting a new furnace and the job was done so efficiently and quick I couldnt be happier. Will always go to these guys no matter what.

Can't say enough great things about them. Dawn is a pleasure to speak with, listens to all your concerns and addresses them. Bill was at our home the same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest and listens. It was a pleasure to do business with them and would highly recommend.

Product or service reviewed: No water heat! Cold showers are not pleasant!
The fee for the service was fair, the repair was done accurate and timely. The quality of representation was professional. Thank you bring us back to a normal lifestyle!

Product or service reviewed: Prior Boiler Troubleshooting and Boiler Replacement
I cannot say enough about the services and experience with Lakeview Heating & Cooling! We initially contacted them with issues with a Westinghouse boiler that we had installed that was failing and we were hitting a wall dealing with Westinghouse and unable to get them to honor their warranty. After having Jim and a few others out more times than they should have even had to, we had them take out the old unit and replace it. From the bottom of our hearts we can't thank you enough. You are professional, courteous, kind, understanding and just incredibly helpful even in an awful situation. James, Evan, Dawn, Bill and everyone that we have interacted with, you are all just lovely! Thank you.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I had 3 people out to look at my navien tankless heating system that went out and no one could figure out why it wasn’t working. I had no heat for 3 days. I called Lakeview and they were out the same day and James was awesome! He figured out the problem in 5 minutes and went out of his way to get the part needed from the warehouse to have it fixed right away. In about 3 hours he had everything fixed and running and that included time he had to go get the part. He was so professional, friendly and efficient I would highly recommend him for any service! The price was beyond reasonable. Will definitely be using this service again for any future needs. Thanks James!!!!

I work for a property management company and oversee multiple properties I use Lakeview heating and cooling for all of my heat and ac calls. Bill always takes care of my calls ASAP and I never have to worry about the problem not getting fixed and I never have to wait. Thank you for all of your hard work and keeping our tenants warm or cold.
